xakilegnasp:  There are dental strips available and the best ones out there are Crest dental strips, but they are expensive. If you want to have white teeth and save money, you can make a paste out of bicarbonate of soda and hydrogen peroxide and brush with that every day. Works the same and much cheaper. The main ingredient in any dental bleaching product is peroxide. I use it and my teeth are clean, fresh, it removes tartar and plaque as well.
