little.poppies:  I use aquafresh whitening toothpaste and it works well. I've heard a lot of mixed advice about how many times a day to brush but I steer towards 2 times a day because I'd rather not weaken my enamel and gums. Also, try chewing a whitening gum with baking soda during the day.

Mariam:  Try one of the following (all of them have done good job for me):
-Close Up Red
-Crest Extra Whitening/ http://www.crest.com/products/extraWt.jsp />- Sensodyne Extra Whitening/ http://us.sensodyne.com/products_extrawhite.aspx

And just for the record, using toothpaste too many times causes a lack of tooth enamel. So 2 times a day is enough :)
