Joanna:  Crest white strips work really well. They make a kind that is only sold in dental offices - it is prescription strength. They all work though, it is just up to the user to use them on a regular basis. Most are 2 times a day for about 30 min. Just make sure you wash your hands after touching them, they bleach your teeth and will bleach clothes as well. Also try drinking coffee, tea, coke, pretty much anything with color through a straw. This eliminates the color touching the front of your teeth. Another good thing is a tooth paste like Vivid White by Crest (I love this one). It resists staining and is supposed to bleach.

geeta:  Try this at once. Take half table-spoon salt instead of any paste, clean your teeth and see in the mirror your whitening teech. All the best!

bittsen2000:  You won't believe this but it does work the best and CHEAP.

Start by doing this 3 days a week for 2 weeks. Then you only have to do it once a week after that.

Take a regular, everyday toothbrush and wet it with hydrogen peroxide. Then sprinkle a lot of baking soda on the wet brush and brush your teeth for a minute or more.

In 2 weeks, your teeth will be sparkly and white. It will cost less than a couple bucks and it only takes a total of less than 10 minutes the first week...total.
