does teeth whitening over the counter treatments work ?
i am tempted to use over the counter teeth whitening kits,do they work ?

just forgiven:  I tried the crest whitening strips and yes they do work. They made my teeth more sensitive, so I only use them every other day instead of everyday. Works for me!

ambrosiasninja:  I use the Crest WhiteStripes and they are awesome!!! It takes about 2 weeks the first time you use them but it lasts for about 6 months or so. Then after that I use them once a month and they stay white. It's wonderful!!! Good luck!!!

Macca:  I use Crest WhiteStrips. I get complements all the time on my teeth. My hygenist even said they looked great yesterday. They are worth the $15-20.
