untuhchabul:  You don't have to have dental insurance to be seen by a dentist. Some dentist will work out a payment plan with you. Others offer a certain type of credit card you can apply for in office and use.

beetlejuice49423:  Some colleges offer dentistry course and need "guinea pigs" to practice on (all supervized by a licensed dentist, of course). They usually have a very low cost clinic, where you only pay for supplies used, not the actual work, since these future dentists need the practice in order to graduate
