Kelsey:  Crest Whitestrips would do the trick just fine, and they're only thirty bucks.

Edit: Actually, I take that back. I wasn't thinking--veneers actually do quite a bit more than make your teeth look whiter. Anyway, with a little research, this gem came up:

"Traditional Porcelain Veneers typically cost between $900 - $2,500. per tooth and require two or more visits one to two weeks apart. Veneers made of porcelain provide a greater longevity than plastic, typically ten years to fifteen years or more.

Composite Veneers cost significantly less, around $250 per tooth or more, but only last from five to seven years typically.

Lumineer Porcelain Veneers typically cost between $700. - $1,000. per tooth and also require just two visits. Lumineers are expected to last as long as traditional porcelain veneers.

Generally speaking, the price of tooth veneers and whitening increases with the number of in-office treatments required by the patient. Dental insurance does not typically cover the cost of the tooth veneers procedure. Cost will vary depending on your region, the skill level of your Cosmetic Dentist and the quality of the lab they use."

SolMan:  I wouldn't worry so much about my teeth, as I would about a photo of you sticking your middle finger up. I don't think that "A Listers" would want that in their portfolios!

kara:  Alright. Teeth that are too bright are SCARY. But, if you want healthy, natural white teeth you don't need really expensive stuff. Just go to wal*mart and pick up some crest whitestrips of something like that.

gdizz:  I did not like the way my 6 front teeth looked for many years, I had veneers put on and now I smile all of the time. they were about
$600 per tooth, so it is somewhat of an investment but I have no regrets

candis_hallen:  Once you damage the surface of your teeth they will never be the same for the rest of your life. The dentist will have to "prep" your teeth by drilling 1-3mm away from the surface. You will never get that back. Statistically veneers only last 10 years and after that you will most likely need to replace them. So you will have to pay for them multiple times.

Nothing is as good as what God gave you. Unless you have significant problems with your teeth, I wouldn't recommend this.
